CALCULATION METHODS

 

Please note, we understand that we open new studio, but weight loss industry is very demand, we bring expensive new generation technology equipment, which does not have our competitors. This is very realistic calculation of profits, because incoming calculated based only on 16% total loading, taking into account 25 working days monthly, 30% loading  of number  treatments, with rate 21-42% use time of equipment, including 40%-50% rate for treatment (our marketing expert analyzed market of weight loss treatment  based on competitors rates and available services). But we calculated spending cost including max costs of labor for staff  with medium hours rates for this group of workers, costs for advertising, rent payment including max utility bills, approximate TAX payments (services have not sale TAX in California) and other costs. For example, we need only 50 clients per month which buying 10 treatments course with discount -40% from minimum our rate that we can cover monthly rent payment. We have a high point of profitability.
