Policy of Use
Vacuactiv.us gladly accepted returns and exchanges if you are not 100% satisfied with your item.
If the item purchased was correct but does not meet your satisfaction, the buyer will be responsible for the return and exchange shipping charges.
Shipping charges will not be refunded, we will also not be responsible for any return shipping charges or shipping charges that may occur as a result of an exchange.
We would be happy to exchange any item available in stock.
If the item is returned to us for any reason (undeliverable, wrong address, recipient not available for 3 delivery attempt, etc...), Vacuactiv.us charge extra cost, the same as previous amount, for redelivery.
Item must be returned within 14 days of shipping date.
Item must be returned in the original manufacturer's packaging (pallet), so we recommend you keep your packaging for least the first 14 days after purchase. Item (s) must be returned in new (unused, untested, and resalable) condition, in the original packaging, with all accessories. There is a 20% restocking fee for all of returned equipment. Item that has been damaged by use cannot be returned to us. Custom made equipment cannot be returned for refund or and exchange under any circumstances.
Item can only be returned after notification and return authorization. Please contact us first , and we will be happy to arrange for either refund or exchange. Please do not return your item without contacting us first.
Please allow 7-10 business days for the return transit time, plus an additional 4 business days upon receipt, for the return to be completed and the refund to be issued to your account. If you provided an email address, we'll email you when your return has been received and processed.
Vacuactiv.us processes the order within 2 business day after paymen is cleared. Any order that is paid after 1 pm Pacific Time will be processed on next Business Day.
We do not process orders during Weekends and Holidays.
For International customers are responsible for custom taxes and duties where applicable. Some countries have customs entry charges and additional duties and taxes upon entry into your country. To determine these charges ahead of time, please contact your Customs Department within your country. We cannot guarantee specific arrival dates or times. Please be advised that we are not responsible for any clearance delays, and such delays can extend delivery times.

Your card will be charged once your order ships from our fulfillment center. Sales tax is applied to your order in accordance with individual state and local regulations. Appropriate tax charges will appear during checkout.
If you would like to have special edition or you cannot find the right item we can customized equipment for you. It is usually take 4-6 week for customizing . We are gladly ask for 30% prepayment. Custom made equipment are not included in the 14 day return policy.
